Short answers about plans, payments and how Mercato works.
Browsing, discovery and single-item analysis: the Market Hub, Browse, item profiles, the Analyzer and full price history — plus a personal workspace (watchlist, alerts, portfolio, inventory) at Free-plan limits. The free plan is a product, not a trial.
On Premium, you link your Telegram account in Settings and Mercato delivers your triggered price alerts as Telegram messages with a link back to the item — minutes after they trigger, not the next time you open a tab.
The Analyzer is the same on every plan — same signals, same confidence and risk scoring, same data. Analyzer PRO is the Premium allowance for it: on-demand refreshes pull a live view straight from the market rather than reading the last collected snapshot, and Premium raises how many you can run each day. If you research a lot of items, this is the limit you will feel first.
Nothing is ever deleted. A limit only blocks adding more; everything you already track stays visible and editable. Mercato shows your usage as you approach a limit and names the plan that raises it.
Downgrades and cancellations will take effect at the end of the paid period — you keep what you paid for. If you end up over the Free plan's limits, your data is kept; you just can't add more until you're under the limit. Exact upgrade billing will be confirmed when payments launch.
Cancellation will be self-service from your account, and it will stop renewal while leaving your plan active until the end of the period you paid for. Payments are not live yet, so there is nothing to cancel today.
Payments will be processed by Creem — cards and the local payment methods Creem supports in your region. Mercato never sees or stores your card details. Payments are not live yet; this page will update when they launch.
A 14-day money-back window applies to your first paid subscription. After that, cancellation is always available and takes effect at period end — no partial-period refunds.
No. Mercato is an independent, read-only market intelligence platform. It never trades, never touches your inventory and never acts on your behalf.
