HaloSkins is a peer-to-peer Counter-Strike 2 marketplace operated from Hong Kong by HONG KONG INFINITE MIRACLE LIMITED, where each listing is sold by an individual Steam account and delivered as a Steam trade. Balances are denominated in US dollars, and a seller's proceeds can be withdrawn only in cryptocurrency. HaloSkins publishes a price list in US dollars, and that list is what Mercato mirrors on a schedule. Mercato does not sell, hold, or handle payment for anything listed on it.

HaloSkins charges a buyer nothing on the item itself - the price shown is what leaves the balance - so what a purchase costs above the sticker is whatever funding the balance cost. Cryptocurrency is charged 1% through Whitepay, above a minimum of 0.5 USDT; cards and wallets are charged 3.7% plus $0.20 through Antom. Which rails appear is decided by the region the deposit dialog is opened from, so a reader elsewhere may be offered a different set. A seller is charged 1%, which HaloSkins describes as a reduction from its standard 3% rather than as its rate, with a $0.01 minimum. Only a balance earned by selling may be withdrawn, and only in cryptocurrency, from 0.005% plus $0.50 depending on the chain. Every schedule here is HaloSkins' own and moves without notice.
